The brief
CMS is one senior construction manager with more than thirty-five years on projects across Chelsea, Mayfair, Kensington and Holland Park. Work comes by referral from architects, agents and developers, and a referred client looks the firm up first, often from a WhatsApp link on a phone. The site had to let them conclude, quickly, that this is a serious practice that has delivered homes like theirs.
What we built
A fully static Astro site: a full-screen hero of project photography, eleven projects with the facts that matter (place, value, scope), qualifications and a confidential enquiry form. Every figure comes from the client's own words, and renders are captioned as renders. Fonts are cut down to the characters the site uses, and the logo is drawn as outlines so it also works on invoices and headed paper.
What changed
At launch every page scored 100 for performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO on a phone. A referral now finds the projects, the figures behind them and a private way to enquire, on the phone they checked from.
“Ryan's team understood straight away that my clients come by referral and check me out on their phones before they call. The site does exactly that job: the projects, the numbers and a way to get in touch, looking as considered as the homes we build. It was quick, and nothing was left for me to chase.”
